Delivery / Receipt
Items shall be delivered to the address given by the Customer on placing the Order. The delivery address specified by the Customer can be different from the billing address of the Order.
Our delivery method can be free and with no minimum order on some items. In this case, a detailed e-mail of follow-up of the shipped items is not ensured (but we receive an alert if any problem occurs with the delivery).
We ship worldwide. Customers may be subject to additional fees based on the regulations of their country (non-EU contries). For more information, please contact the customs office in your country.
Returns and refund policy
A. Terms of the right of withdrawal
You are granted a legal lead time (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code) of 14 completed calendar days (if this period expires on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day), with effect from the receipt of the Item by yourself or by any empowered third party, to inform us of your wish to return the Item.
B. Consequence of withdrawal/Refund
If you cancel the contract by opting to exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal lead time, you must assume responsibility for organizing the return of the Item. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer but we can refund them partially or totally after studying the case. We will refund the Item upon receipt.
